# The Local Government (Best Value) Performance Indicators and Performance Standards (England) Order 2005, Article 21: Performance indicators for fire services


The performance of fire and rescue authorities and the Council of the Isles of Scilly, in its capacity as a fire authority, shall be measured by reference to the indicators in Schedule 16.
