# The Local Government (Best Value) Performance Indicators and Performance Standards Order 2001, Article 5: Performance indicators for police services


The performance of police authorities in exercising their functions in relation to emergency services and non-emergency policing services shall be measured by reference to indicators 1 to 21 in Schedule 3 to this Order.
