Percentage of household waste sent for recycling or composting of at least treble that achieved for the financial year that commenced on the 1st April 1998.
13% or more but less than 19%
At least 36% of household waste collected, is sent for recycling or composting.
19% or more
At least 40% of household waste collected, is sent for recycling or composting.
