The percentage of new homes built on previously developed land.

Planning cost per head of population.

The percentage of applications determined in line with the governments new development control targets to determine—
(a) the percentage of major applications determined within 13 weeks;
(b) the percentage of minor applications determined within 8 weeks; and
(c) the percentage of other applications determined within 8 weeks.

The percentage of standard searches carried out in 10 working days or less.
5
The number of decisions delegated to officers as a percentage of all decisions.
