Description of standard
1
That, during the financial year beginning 1st April 2003, fifty percent of major applications must be determined within thirteen weeks.
2
That, during the financial year beginning 1st April 2003, fifty five percent of minor applications must be determined within eight weeks.
3
That, during the financial year beginning 1st April 2003, seventy percent of other applications must be determined within eight weeks.
