The percentage of library users who found the book or information they wanted and were satisfied with the outcome.

The number of physical visits per 1,000 population to public library premises.

(a) The number of visits to/usage of museums per 1,000 population;
(b) the number of those visits that were in person per 1,000 population; and
(c) the number of pupils visiting museums and galleries in organised school groups.

Satisfaction with cultural and recreational services and activities.
