  "text": "Indicator Number\nDescription of indicator\n1\nSecurity;\nThe numbers per thousand of housing benefit and council tax cases currently administered by the authority, of—\n(a) claimants visited;\n(b) fraud investigators in post;\n(c) fraud investigations undertaken; and\n(d) convictions from prosecutions or sanctions imposed.\n2\nThe speed of processing:\nthe average time for processing new claims.\n3\nThe speed of processing:\nthe average time for processing notifications of changes of circumstances.\n4\nThe speed of processing:\nthe percentage of renewal claims processed on time.\n5\nThe accuracy of processing:\nthe percentage of cases for which the calculation of the amount of benefit due was correct on the basis of the information available for the determination for a sample of cases checked post-determination.\n6\nThe accuracy of processing;\nthe percentage of recoverable overpayments (excluding Council Tax Benefit) that were recovered in the year.\n7\nLevel of satisfaction with the benefits service.",
