# The Local Government (Best Value Performance Indicators) (Wales) Order 2005, Introduction: Introductory text


LOCAL GOVERNMENT WALES
Made 8 March 2005
Coming into force 1 April 2005
The National Assembly for Wales, having consulted those persons which it is required, by section 4(3) of the Local Government Act 1999, to consult, makes the following order in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 4(1)(a) and (2) and section 29(1) of that Act.
