(a) The number of high-risk businesses liable to a programmed inspection or alternative enforcement activity during the year; and
(b) the percentage of these businesses that were liable to a programmed inspection or alternative enforcement activity that were inspected/subject to alternative enforcement activity, as regards:
Trading Standards;
Food Hygiene;
Animal Health; and
Health and Safety.
