# The Local Government (Best Value Performance Indicators) (Wales) (Revocation) Order 2005, Article 1: Name, commencement and application


(1) The name of this order is the Local Government (Best Value Performance Indicators) (Wales) (Revocation) Order 2005 and it comes into force on the 1 April 2005.
(2) This order applies only in relation to Wales.
