  "text": "For the purposes of Part IV of the Rent Act 1977 (registration of rents under regulated tenancies) there shall be—\n(a) the Bedfordshire registration area comprising the counties of Bedfordshire and Luton;\n(b) the Buckinghamshire registration area comprising the counties of Buckinghamshire and Milton Keynes;\n(c) the Derbyshire registration area comprising the counties of Derbyshire and Derby;\n(d) the Dorset registration area comprising the countiesof—\n(i) Bournemouth;\n(ii) Dorset; and\n(iii) Poole;\n(e) the Durham registration area comprising the counties of Darlington and Durham;\n(f) the East Sussex registration area comprising the counties of Brighton and Hove and East Sussex;\n(g) the Hampshire registration area comprising the counties of—\n(i) Hampshire;\n(ii) Portsmouth; and\n(iii) Southampton;\n(h) the Leicestershire registration area comprising the counties of—\n(i) Leicestershire;\n(ii) Leicester; and\n(iii) Rutland;\n(i) the Staffordshire registration area comprising the counties of Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent;\n(j) the Wiltshire registration area comprising the counties of Thamesdown and Wiltshire.",
