  "text": "For the purposes of Part IV of the Rent Act 1977 (registration of rents under regulated tenancies) there shall be—\n(a) the Cambridgeshire registration area comprising the counties of Cambridgeshire and Peterborough;\n(b) the Cheshire registration area comprising the counties of Cheshire, Halton and Warrington;\n(c) the Devon registration area comprising the counties of Devon, Plymouth and Torbay;\n(d) the Essex registration area comprising the counties of Essex, Southend-on-Sea and Thurrock;\n(e) the Hereford and Worcester registration area comprising the counties of Herefordshire and Worcestershire;\n(f) the Kent registration area comprising the counties of Kent and the Medway Towns;\n(g) the Lancashire registration area comprising the counties of Blackburn, Blackpool and Lancashire;\n(h) the Nottinghamshire registration area comprising the counties of Nottingham and Nottinghamshire; and\n(i) the Shropshire registration area comprising the counties of Shropshire and The Wrekin.",
