# The Local Government (Committees) (Amendment) Regulations 1993, Regulation 2: Functions in the discharge of which all members of committees may have voting rights


(1) The Local Government (Committees and Political Groups) Regulations 1990 shall be amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 4(1)(h), for the words from “the Local Authority Social Services Act 1970” to “the Superannuation Act 1972” there shall be substituted “any provision mentioned in the Schedule to these Regulations”.
(3) There shall be inserted at the end the Schedule contained in Schedule 1 to these Regulations.
