# The Local Government (Committees) (Amendment) Regulations 1993, Regulation 3: Sussex Downs Conservation Board


The functions of the East Sussex County Council and the West Sussex County Council specified in Schedule 2 to these Regulations are prescribed for the purposes of section 13(4)(g) of the Local Government and Housing Act 1989 in so far as they have been delegated to the joint committee established by those councils on 1st April 1992 in relation to the Sussex Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
