(1)

In regulation 3(1) after the words “local authority” in both places where they occur there shall be inserted the words “or local valuation panel”.

(2)

In regulation 3(2) for paragraph (a) there shall be substituted the following paragraph—

“(a)

any member of a fire brigade of a class prescribed, by the Firemen's Pension Scheme for the time being in force under section 26 of the Fire Services Act 1947, for the purposes of section 2 of the Fire Services Act 1951, or”.
