Regulation 8

In regulation 13(1) for paragraph (a) there shall be substituted the following paragraph—

“(a)

he has suffered loss of employment or loss or diminution of emoluments attributable to any provision mentioned in regulation 4(a) of these regulations, or in consequence of any event described in regulation 4(b) of these regulations, not later than ten years after the material date;”.

In regulation 13(1) at the end of paragraph (c)(ii) there shall be added the words “or local valuation panel”.
