# The Local Government (Electronic Communications) (England) Order 2015, Article 1: Citation, commencement and application


(1) This Order may be cited as the Local Government (Electronic Communications) (England) Order 2015 and shall come into force on 30th January 2015.
(2) This Order applies to England only.
