Article 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

This Order may be cited as the Local Government (Exemption from Competition) (Scotland) Amendment Order 1997 and shall come into force on 30th June 1997.

In this Order, “the principal Order” means the Local Government (Exemption from Competition) (Scotland) Order 1995^f1.
