# The Local Government (Exemption from Competition) (Scotland) Amendment Order 2000, Article 1: Citation, commencement, interpretation and extent


(1) This Order may be cited as the Local Government (Exemption from Competition) (Scotland) Amendment Order 2000 and shall come into force on 30th June 2000.
(2) In this Order, “the principal Order” means the Local Government (Exemption from Competition) (Scotland) Order 1995.
(3) This Order extends to Scotland only.
