# The Local Government Finance (Consequential Amendment) Order 1991, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Order)
Article 2 of this Order amends subsection (6) of section 109 of theLand Drainage Act 1976. The words omitted from that subsection relate tothe rating system which was superseded by the provisions of the LocalGovernment Finance Act 1988.
