  "text": "In section 20 (regulations about, among other things, taxis and private hire cars) of the Civic Government (Scotland) Act 1982 (c. 45)—\n(a) in subsection (2), the words “made by statutory instrument” are repealed; and\n(b) in subsection (3), for “subsection (1) above” there is substituted “ subsection (1) or (2) above ”.",
