  "heading": "Arrangements and agreements with bodies corporate",
  "text": "(1) It is the duty of a local authority—\n(a) in entering any arrangement or agreement with a body corporate; and\n(b) in implementing any such arrangement or agreement,\nto comply with any code or other document which the Scottish Ministers direct is to have effect for the purposes of regulating local authorities in entering and implementing such arrangements or agreements.\n(2) Directions for the purposes of subsection (1) above may include requirements calculated to ensure compliance by local authorities with their duties under section 1 above.",
