# The Local Government (Liquor Licensing) Order 1974, Article 4: Licensing planning committees


(1) The instruments specified in Schedule 2 to this Order shall have effect subject to the amendments there specified.
(2) The appointment of a member of a licensing planning committee appointed with effect from 1st April 1974 shall be for a term of three years.
