# The Local Government (Magistrates' Courts etc.) (Amendment) Order 1994

This Order revokes paragraph 5 of the Schedule to the Local Government (Magistrates' Courts etc.) Order 1985 which amended the Magistrates' Courts Committees (Constitution) Regulations 1973 (S.I. 1973/1522). The 1973 Regulations were revoked by the Magistrates' Courts Committees (Constitution) Regulations 1994 (S.I. 1994/2811).

LOCAL GOVERNMENT, ENGLAND AND WALES
Made 2nd November 1994
Laid before Parliament 3rd November 1994
Coming into force 28th November 1994
The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 101 of the Local Government Act 1985 hereby makes the following Order—

## 1 

This Order may be cited as the Local Government (Magistrates' Courts etc.) Order 1994 and shall come into force on 28th November 1994.

## 2 

Paragraph 5 of the Schedule to the Local Government (Magistrates' Courts etc.) Order 1985 is hereby revoked.

This Order revokes paragraph 5 of the Schedule to the Local Government (Magistrates' Courts etc.) Order 1985 which amended the Magistrates' Courts Committees (Constitution) Regulations 1973 (S.I. 1973/1522). The 1973 Regulations were revoked by the Magistrates' Courts Committees (Constitution) Regulations 1994 (S.I. 1994/2811).
