# The Local Government Pension Scheme (Amendment) Regulations 1997, Regulation 3: Entitlement to deferred retirement benefits


Regulation D11(2)(b) of the principal Regulations is amended by inserting after the words “any date on which he becomes” the word “permanently” and deleting the word “permanent”.
