Regulation 8 Forfeiture of pension rights after conviction of employment-related offences

Regulation H4(1) of the principal Regulations is amended by inserting after sub-paragraph (b) the following—

“(bb)

his employing body, where they have suffered a financial loss as a direct result of the offence, have taken reasonable steps to recover such loss (including the exercise of their powers under regulations L16 and L17); and”.
