# The Local Government Pension Scheme (Amendment) Regulations 2001, Regulation 3: General eligibility for membership: employees of Scheme employers etc.


In regulation 4(6)—
(a) after sub-paragraph (m), add—
“(n) the Greater London Magistrates' Courts Authority”; and
(b) after sub-paragraph (n), add—
“(o) the Children and Family Court Advisory and Support Service”.
