Regulation 7 Final pay

In regulation 21, after paragraph (6), insert—

“(6A)

For the purposes of this Chapter, a member’s pay for any period of maternity absence during the final pay period in respect of which she pays or is treated as paying contributions is the pay she would have received had she not been absent.”.
