# The Local Government Pension Scheme (Amendment) Regulations 2001, Regulation 8: Power of employing authority to increase total membership of new members


In regulation 53, after paragraph (7) add—
“(8) But paragraph (7) shall not apply in the case of a member who leaves an employment with an admission body.”.
