# The Local Government Pension Scheme (Amendment) Regulations 2002, Regulation 8: Inward transfers of pension rights


In regulation 121(2)—
(a) insert “or” at the end of sub-paragraph (c); and
(b) at the end of sub-paragraph (d) omit “, or” and the whole of sub-paragraph (e).
