  "text": "For the purposes of paragraph 1, the relevant date, for a member who was a member before 1st October 2006 is—\n(a) in the case of a member who will be aged 60 or more on 31st March 2013, the earlier of—\n(i) 1st April 2013; and\n(ii) the date on the day after the day on which the member leaves local government employment; or\n(b) in any other case, 1st October 2006.",
