# The Local Government Pension Scheme (Amendment) Regulations 2007, Regulation 3: Resolution bodies


In regulation 4(6) omit sub-paragraphs (g) and (h) and add as sub-paragraphs (q) and (r) respectively “the Public Services Ombudsman for Wales” and “the Serious Organised Crime Agency”.
