  "text": "For regulation 2 (active members) substitute—\n“2. (1) The term “active member” in relation to the Scheme is to be construed in accordance with regulation 4(1) of, and Schedule 1 to, the Administration Regulations.\n(2) An active member of the 1997 Scheme is an active member of the Scheme for as long as he continues to be in employment which makes him eligible to be such in accordance with Part 2 of the Administration Regulations.\n(3) But a person is not an active member unless he is employed under a contract of employment for at least three months.”.",
