# The Local Government Pension Scheme (Amendment) Regulations 2020, Regulation 2: Interpretation


In these Regulations—
“the 2013 Regulations” means the Local Government Pension Scheme Regulations 2013;
and
“exit credit” has the same meaning as in regulation 64(8) of the 2013 Regulations.
