  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations amend the Local Government Pension Scheme (Scotland) Regulations 1998 in relation to Scottish Homes' employees who transferred into the employment of the Scottish Ministers on 1st November 2001. Regulation 2 provides that notwithstanding their transfer, they may be members of the Local Government Pension Scheme and the terms of paragraph 1 of regulation 5 shall not apply.",
