  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order revokes the Local Government (Performance Indicators) (Wales) Order 2012 (S.I. 2012/2539 (W. 278)) which specifies, for Wales, performance indicators by reference to which the performance of county councils and county borough councils, in exercising functions, are measured.\nThe Welsh Ministers’ Code of Practice on the carrying out of Regulatory Impact Assessments was considered in relation to this Order. As a result, it was not considered necessary to carry out a regulatory impact assessment as to the likely costs and benefits of complying with this Order.",
