  "text": "(1) The annual rate of remuneration specified for the purposes of section 2(2) of the 1989 Act in respect of full time posts shall be the amount shown in column 2 of the Schedule to these Regulations for the area shown in column 1 of the Schedule in which the duties of the post are principally discharged.\n(2) The annual rate of remuneration specified for the purposes of section 2(2) of the 1989 Act in respect of full time posts where the duties of the post are discharged in more than one of the areas shown in column 1 of the Schedule but are not discharged principally in any one area, shall be theamount shown in column 2 of the Schedule for any one of the areas in which the duties of the post are discharged and where those amounts differ shall be the higher of those amounts.",
