Article 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

This Order may be cited as the Local Government (Relevant Date) (Scotland) Order 1995 and shall come into force on 31st July 1995.

In this Order, “the 1994 Act” means the Local Government etc. (Scotland) Act 1994.
