  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order makes provision consequential on the Local Government Act 1985 which in particular abolished the metropolitan county councils on 1st April 1986.\nArticle 2 transfers to the West Yorkshire Passenger Transport Executive the powers of the West Yorkshire County Council to make byelaws relating to premises belonging to or managed by the Executive for or in connection with bus services within their area.",
