# The Local Government Reorganisation (Transitional Provisions) Order 1985, Article 7: Peak Park Joint Planning Board


The vacancy in the membership of the Peak Park Joint Planning Board arising in pursuance of paragraph 5(4) of Schedule 3 to the Act shall be treated, for the purposes of paragraph 12A of Schedule 17 to the Local Government Act 1972 and article 6(4) of the Peak Park Joint Planning Board Order 1973, as a casual vacancy.
