  "heading": "Disqualification for membership of committees appointed by education authorities.",
  "text": "Notwithstanding the provisions of section 59 of this Act, a person shall not, by reason of his being a teacher employed in an educational establishment under the management of an education authority, be disqualified for being a member of—\n(a) a committee such as is mentioned in subsection (1) of section 124 of this Act;\n(b) a joint committee of two or more authorities whose purposes include either of those mentioned in paragraphs (a) and (b) of that subsection; or\n(c) any sub-committee of such a committee or joint committee.",
