  "text": "The functions of river purification boards under the Spray Irrigation (Scotland) Act 1964 shall be exercisable by river purification authorities, and accordingly in that Act, for the words “board” and “boards”, wherever they occur, there shall be substituted respectively the words “ authority ” and “ authorities ”.",
