After regulation 15A insert—

“Modifications to the Council Tax (Demand Notices) (England) Regulations 2011

15B.

In relation to a reorganised area the Council Tax (Demand Notices) (England) Regulations 2011f1 shall have effect with the modifications specified in Schedule 4 to these Regulations.”.
