# The Local Government (Structural and Boundary Changes) (Amendment) Regulations 2018, Regulation 16: Amendment of the Charter Trustees Regulations 2009


(1) The Charter Trustees Regulations 2009 are amended in accordance with paragraph (2).
(2) In regulation 12(1) for “50(1)” substitute “49A(1)”.
