  "text": "(1) The Local Government (Structural and Boundary Changes) (Staffing) Regulations 2008 are amended in accordance with paragraphs (2) and (3).\n(2) In regulation 5 (redundancy payments) for “the Local Government Pension Scheme (Benefits, Membership and Contributions) Regulations 2007” substitute “the Local Government Pension Scheme Regulations 2013”.\n(3) In regulation 6 (Local Government Pension Scheme) for “paragraph 2 of Part 1 of Schedule 2 of the Local Government Pension Scheme (Administration) Regulations 2008” substitute “paragraph 1 of Part 1 of Schedule 2 (Scheme employers) to the Local Government Pension Scheme Regulations 2013”.",
