# The Local Government (Structural Changes) (General) (Amendment) Regulations 2018, Regulation 6: Amendment of the Local Government (Structural Changes) (Further Financial Provisions and Amendment) Regulations 2009


(1) The Local Government (Structural Changes) (Further Financial Provisions and Amendment) Regulations 2009 are amended in accordance with paragraph (2).
(2) In regulation 4 (establishment of general funds) for “2009” substitute “2019”.
