  "text": "(1) The Local Government (Structural Changes) (Further Transitional Arrangements and Staffing) Regulations 2009 are amended in accordance with paragraph (2).\n(2) In regulation 4 (preparation of reports and plans etc.)—\n(a) in paragraph (1)(c) for “84(2)(b)” substitute “84(2)”; and\n(b) in paragraph (2) for “12 months” substitute “24 months”.",
