# The Local Government (Structural Changes) (General) (Amendment) Regulations 2018, Regulation 8: Amendment of the Local Government (Structural Changes) (Further Transitional Arrangements and Staffing) Regulations 2009


(1) The Local Government (Structural Changes) (Further Transitional Arrangements and Staffing) Regulations 2009 are amended in accordance with paragraph (2).
(2) In regulation 4 (preparation of reports and plans etc.)—
(a) in paragraph (1)(c) for “84(2)(b)” substitute “84(2)”; and
(b) in paragraph (2) for “12 months” substitute “24 months”.
