Article 8 Amendment of the North Western Inshore Fisheries and Conservation Order 2010
The North Western Inshore Fisheries and Conservation Order 2010f1 is amended in accordance with paragraphs (2) to (4).
In article 3 (the North Western Inshore Fisheries and Conservation District) in paragraph (3)—
omit “Cumbria County Council”;
after the entry for Cheshire West and Chester Council insert—
“Cumberland Council;”;
after the entry for Sefton Council insert—
“Westmorland and Furness Council;”.
In article 5 (membership of the Authority) in the table at paragraph (3)—
omit the entry for Cumbria County Council;
after the entry for Cheshire West and Chester Council insert—
