# The Local Government (Structural Changes) (Transitional Arrangements) Regulations 2008, Schedule: Modification of the 2000 Regulations


The modifications are the omission of—
(c) regulation 2(6E) (giving effect to recommendations made in a community governance review);
(d) items 3, 4 and 5 of paragraph D of Schedule 1 (functions in relation to parishes and parish councils);
(e) items 7, 8 and 9 of paragraph EB of Schedule 1 (certain functions relating to community governance); and
(f) item 22 of Schedule 2 (functions relating to local area agreements).
